The space at 214 W. Front St. has a new name and a new personality. Grange House, the latest concept from Bourbon Belly Hospitality, opened after Proof No. 5 shuttered in January. It's a neighborhood tavern doing pizza, burgers, Italian beef, and sports — with a full bar and a vibe that's noticeably more casual than its predecessor.
Why it matters
That block on Front Street needed a place to pull people in on a random Tuesday — a neighborhood tavern with good food and cold drinks is exactly that.
