- What you can expect: follow-up replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, listing updates, market information, and occasional promotional content related to Bons Realty’s real-estate services.
- Frequency: varies by stage of conversation — typically 1–4 messages per week when active, less during long-term follow-up.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may continue to receive other communications (email, phone) unless you separately unsubscribe from those.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bons Realty is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or the SMS program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
